Not very common species, currently observed by samples taken in Otranto and Gallipoli, Isola S. Andrea, Torre Inserraglio and S. Maria al Bagno (Lecce, Italy) Ionious Sea

It is a species of variable size from 2 to over 5 mm. For a long time these specimens were erroneously attributed to Runcina ferruginea, with an in-depth genetic study we managed to separate these two species

Specie non comunissima, attualmente osservata da prelievi effettuati ad Otranto e Gallipoli, Isola S. Andrea, Torre inserraglio e S. Maria al Bagno (Lecce)

Si tratta di una specie di dimensioni variabili da 2 ad oltre 5 mm. Per molto tempo questi esemplari sono stati erroneamente attribuiti a Runcina ferruginea, con un approfondito studio genetico siamo riusciti a separare queste due specie.
