Specie segnalata per la prima volta nel Salento dall'amico Gianfranco Alemanno che ha scattato le bellissime immagini. Attualmente è conosciuta anche Porto Badisco e Otranto (Lecce, Italy)

Esemplare osservato a Porto Badisco (Lecce, Italy), fotografato dall'amico Romualdo Rizzo. Le belle foto del nostro amico ci consentono di estendere notevolmente l'areale di questa rara specie, anche nella provincia di Lecce versante ionico, a pochissima distanza da Otranto.
